You have to be able to properly texture milk; taste the difference between acidic and bitter; understand how to dial in; have experience of working in a speciality coffee shop/cafe.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
* Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during food preparation and serving.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including equipment and work areas.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for register operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
* Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
* Assist in training new staff members on barista skills and shop procedures.
Experience
* Previous barista experience is essential
* Understand dialling in.
* Can prepare a wide range of espresso based coffees.
* Fast hands.
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
