No formal teaching qualifications needed-just the passion and knowledge to pass on your skills.
What You'll Be Doing
* Engage and inspire: Deliver informative and interactive lessons to students.
* Hands-on learning: Guide students through real-world brickwork scenarios and training.
* Shape future professionals: Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Industry expertise: Share practical insights and best practices from the field.
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Brickwork, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent).
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check-safety is a priority.
* Passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact on students' careers.
* Strong industry experience with hands-on expertise in brickwork.
* Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
