Key Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership
Provide visionary and strategic leadership across all World Learning Group campuses and programs.
Direct and align the efforts of senior leaders and campus directors to ensure mission coherence and excellence in program delivery.
Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven organizational culture.
Campus Oversight & Expansion
Oversee operations of all current campuses, ensuring quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and local/international accreditation.
Lead strategic planning for the development and launch of new campuses or learning centres.
Ensure alignment of curriculum, faculty recruitment, infrastructure, and academic policies across campuses.
Policy & Governance
Develop and implement institutional policies and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Ensure policies support global best practices in education, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
Foster transparency, accountability, and effective governance structures at all levels.
External Relations & Partnerships
Serve as the chief representative of World Learning Group to government bodies, international donors, educational partners, and the global academic community.
Build and sustain partnerships with universities, NGOs, ministries of education, and other strategic stakeholders.
Represent the organization at key global education events, forums, and conferences.
Student Recruitment & Enrolment Strategy
Guide marketing and admissions strategies to achieve enrolment targets across all campuses.
Ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with the organization’s values of access, diversity, and excellence.
Oversee international outreach, branding, and digital engagement campaigns.
Financial Stewardship
Provide fiscal oversight and ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.
Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, diversify revenue streams, and optimize financial operations.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field
Minimum of 8–12 years of senior executive experience, preferably in global education, higher education management, or nonprofit leadership.
Proven experience in managing multi-campus operations and launching new educational institutions.
Strong track record of institutional growth, innovation, and successful stakeholder engagement.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
Experience with fundraising, donor relations, and public-private partnerships is highly desirable.
Knowledge of international education trends, accreditation standards, and student mobility is a must.
