We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in supporting one of our esteemed clients. This role is onsite in Aberdeen, UK, and requires immediate onboarding. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview, so strong hands‑on experience with the listed technologies is essential.
Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Contract Duration: 1 Year and extendable
Experience: 2–7 Years
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
* Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and software issues
* Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments
* Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
* Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
* Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions
* Deliver VIP / Executive support
* Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards
Required Technical Skills
* Microsoft 365 (M365)
* ServiceNow
* Basic networking knowledge
* Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems
* AV solution support
* Industrial scanner support
