Your Career
As the Head of Brand, you’ll lead the strategic direction of MHR’s brand, shaping how we’re seen across all markets. Ideally bringing a blend of in-house and agency experience, you’ll understand how digital, website execution, and advertising channels come together to create a cohesive, impactful presence. This is a senior, focused on execution where your leadership will ensure we’re delivering effectively on our existing strategy, aligning with MHR’s brand vision and cultural values. Your ideas will influence how customers and employees connect with MHR, but your focus will be on refining and delivering - not reinventing - the brand direction.
Your Team
You’ll lead a high-performing, multi-skilled marketing team covering Design, Content, Events, PR, Digital, and more. You’ll work closely with the CMO, stakeholders, and key external partners (including agencies) to ensure our brand is represented consistently and impactfully. With a collaborative and hands-on leadership style, you’ll guide the team, ensure vendor performance, and drive clarity, alignment, and accountability. You'll bring direction to the team, helping to push us forward while keeping execution tight and purposeful.
Your Impact
You’ll oversee a budget across the brand team - ensuring we make every investment count. From generating demand across all channels, your work will strengthen brand awareness, performance, and engagement. You’ll also be responsible for key relationships. The U.S. market may come into scope within this role, but your immediate focus will be on UK delivery and performance.
What You Bring:
* Proven success in brand leadership within a B2B context
* Experience working across both agency and in-house roles, with a focus on strategic execution
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, website delivery, and advertising integration
* Ability to lead high-performing teams, challenge constructively, and manage external partners
* A brand-first mindset with commercial awareness and strong budget ownership
* Comfort operating within an existing strategic framework, rather than rebranding from scratch
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Eye for detail and strong organisational discipline
