Senior Administrator \n Cardiff and the surround area \n£28-32k \n 24 days holiday \n \n Are you a Senior Administrator looking for your next role? Or are you someone with strong Admin / Customer Services skills who has experience in planning and coordinating Engineers within a Facilities, Engineering, or Maintenance company? \n \n Are you familiar with a FM Helpdesk process but also someone that can schedule, plan and coordinate engineers diaries, look after quotes and manage sub contractors. \n \n This continuously growing M&E and Facilities Services company are looking to recruit a Contract Coordinator to manage a new contract that they have been awarded. \n \n As a company they will deliver planned and reactive works to all M&E and HVAC services, as well as delivering small and minor works projects, previous knowledge and experience of planned and reactive contracts advantageous. \n \n Supporting the regional Contract Manager you will be responsible for\n \nOwnership of all administrative tasks for one dedicated client including the below \nRaising all jobs, scheduling engineers & subcontractors for reactive, remedial & PPM jobs \nRaising contractor work orders \nRaising supplier purchase orders \nEnsuring compliance service reports and job cards are completed for each job as required \nCreating PPM Schedules \nCreating Quotes \nManage all data input onto customer portal \nAssist in managing all PPM activity across the clients buildings ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations.
