Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects? Ringway Jacobs is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Structures Project Management Team based in Chelmsford.
In this vital support role, you will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of various schemes, maintaining strong financial and budgetary oversight across our programme of works. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential as you help coordinate internal operations, prepare public communications, and contribute to the success of high-profile projects.
The Role
•Assist the Project Management team with the delivery of structures task orders.
•Assist with the resource schedule and team workload.
•Assist in the control of project resource costings.
•Update project programmes.
•Assist the Project Management Team to ensure the relevant KPIs are met though monitoring and reporting.
About You
•Ideally hold either Foundation APM or equivalent qualification, or reasonable experience in an Assistant role with an understanding of Project Management.
•A reasonable level of administration experience.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to prioritise own work to support business priorities. Manages own performance and seeks feedback to improve where identified.
•Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally.
