Core Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Supporting and mentoring staff while overseeing the daily running of the room. * Curriculum Management: Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. * Child Development: Carrying out observations and assessments to track and support children's progress. * Environment Creation: Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment. * Communication: Building strong relationships with parents and managing effective handovers.
