3. Lead the strategic direction and delivery of all IT services
4. Ensure secure, resilient and high‑performing infrastructure and cloud environments
5. Oversee cybersecurity, compliance and external assurance requirements
6. Manage Cyber Essentials + certification
7. Manage IT budgets, suppliers and system lifecycles
8. Drive digital innovation to support teaching, learning and operations
9. Lead and develop a skilled IT services team with a focus on continuous improvement
10. Build strong relationships across the organisation to deliver responsive, solutions‑focused support
11. Manage a large team of Infrastructure specialists
