Position Description:

The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need UK Security Clearance or be eligible for it. The role is based on-site in Chippenham, 5 days a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Customer Relationship Executive is a key member of the ITSM team, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party access requests, from application to account decommissioning, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Additionally, the role includes providing application support, acting as the first point of contact for end users, and contributing feedback to improve user experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing third-party system access requests throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with governance documentation.
* Preparing monthly reports on user activity for service delivery.
* Owning management documentation related to service accounts and access management processes.
* Building relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate onboarding and changes.
* Providing front-line support for operational and technical queries.
* Serving as the primary contact for application-related issues.

Required qualifications:

* Experience in service account administration and user support in cybersecurity or IT operations.
* Proficiency with Active Directory.
* Knowledge of security standards and compliance.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Understanding of MOD hierarchy and UK Government Security Classifications.
* Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
* Experience with RedHat FreeIPA.
* ITIL Foundation certification.
* Experience in Agile environments.
* Familiarity with cyber situational awareness platforms.
