We’re recruiting for a Hygiene Department Trainer to join a busy and growing food manufacturing operation. This is not just a hygiene role. If you enjoy coaching others, leading from the front, and raising standards on the factory floor, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Do you have a strong understanding of hygiene regulations, HACCP, GMP, and CIC/CIP systems? Can you confidently write, review, and improve SOPs and hygiene procedures? Are you comfortable delivering engaging training sessions to both new starters and existing teams? Can you coach people on the shop floor and lead by example every day? Are you someone who naturally notices gaps in standards and takes action quickly? Do you have strong communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills?
