Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payroll Bureau team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Bureau.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple clients.
* Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
* Manage and resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
* Support the Payroll Manager in strategic planning and process improvements.
* Support the payroll manger with assisting and mentoring the team.
Qualifications:
* Professional certification (e.g., CIPP) is preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management.
* Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in BrightPay software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
