We are seeking an exceptional Manager to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation team to focus on driving and delivering value for our clients via technology transformation. In this role you will work on discrete consulting projects as well as large‑scale technology transformations. This position requires a blend of functional and technology skills, business acumen and excellence in stakeholder management to address complex business challenges effectively.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to identify key challenges and develop business cases to address them.
* Lead enterprise architecture across the lead‑to‑cash value chain, including Marketing, Sales, Order Fulfilment, Billing, Payments and Service Management.
* Design and implement Marketing and Sales applications, especially CRMs, Product Catalogs and Configure‑Price‑Quote (CPQ) systems, from commercial aspects and customer experience to back‑office operations.
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, conduct current and target state architecture assessments, and develop roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation.
* Collaborate with functional and technical resources across the IT landscape—data, platforms, testing and solution architecture—to define effective technical solutions.
* Prepare compelling bid responses and proposals as part of the solution sales lifecycle.
* Engage across industry sectors such as Government & Infrastructure, Telecoms & Media, Consumer & Retail, and Energy.
Required Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
* 5+ years of experience in a technical / enterprise architecture role.
* Proven client experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
* Experience designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints.
* IT application design expertise.
* Experience with Marketing, Product Catalog, CRM and customer telephony applications.
* Knowledge of TOGAF, TM Forum, SAFe and ITIL.
* AI experience desirable but not essential.
