The 'bones' of what you'll be doing are about:
* The Manager's Wing Person: Supporting the Leisure Club Manager in delivering the highest possible operational standards and supporting the development of the wider team.
* The Master of Operations: Balancing high energy leadership on the floor with the focused admin days needed to keep our processes and compliance airtight.
* The People Champion: Directly line managing our Leisure Assistants and Receptionists, while helping to mentor and develop our Team Leaders.
* The Excellence Anchor: Ensuring our health, safety, and hygiene standards are always ready for service and meet all statutory requirements.
