We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our team long term across two sites. We are a forward‑thinking practice serving approximately 7000 patients in the Totley (S17) and Woodseats (S8) areas.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform smears.
* Conduct asthma reviews.
* Conduct diabetic reviews.
Qualifications
* UK Registered Nurse with NMC.
* Experience working in a General Practice setting.
* Demonstrate understanding of audit; Cervical Cytology; Child and Adult immunisations; Care of Long Term Conditions (LTCs); and Wound care.
