The Role
As Teacher of Mathematics, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to A-Level Mathematics (and potentially Further Mathematics) depending on experience and departmental need. You will deliver lessons that:
* Explain mathematical concepts clearly and precisely, using modelling and worked examples

* Stretch and challenge high-attaining students while supporting those who need extra scaffolding
* Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level examinations through exam technique and targeted practice
Students study a broad range of topics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics and calculus (at A-Level), with a strong emphasis on depth of understanding and confident application.
You will contribute to shared planning, assessment and extension opportunities such as enrichment sessions, competitions and clubs.
