We’re looking for amotivated Underground Utility Surveyorto join our utilities team. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step after working as anAssistant Underground Utility Surveyor.

Role Responsibilities:
* Conductlarge-scale underground utility detection surveysin compliance withPAS 128 standards.
* Being able to conductlarge topographical surveysis also desirable as this skill ensureshigh-quality underground utility surveys.
* Processhigh-quality drawingsand ensure project completion meets agreed deliverables.
* Deliver projects in line withspecifications and tight deadlines.
* Mentor and supportPowers survey apprentices.
* Ensure full compliance withhealth, safety, and quality procedures.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
* Minimum of 4 years’ surveying experience, with a proven ability to independently deliverhigh-quality, complex underground utility detection and topographical surveys.
* Proficient inAutoCAD, N4ce, and experienced in usingGround Penetrating Radar equipment, a Cat and Genny and Leica Total Stations.
* Strongproject management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
* Understanding of thecommercial aspects of surveying.
* HNC/ONC in a surveying related qualificationor equivalent industry experience.
* 2 A Levels (or equivalent)and5 GCSEs (grade A-C or equivalent), includingEnglish and Maths (grade 6 required).
* Membership to theChartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors(even if onlyAssociatememberlevel).
* Attention to detailis crucial, ensuring all outputs meet strictQuality Assurance guidelines.
* Strongplanning and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, including experience in client-facing roles.
* Self-motivated with adrive to achieve personal and professional goals.
* A strongteam player, capable of fostering positive working relationships with colleagues.
* Effectivedecision-making and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
* CSCS or ECTIB cardrequired.
* Physically fit and comfortable workingoutdoors in various weather conditions, includingroute walking and surveying in construction environments.
