As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:
* Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (Band 5) and Childrens Support Assistants.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care across a 24-hour period.
* Conduct assessments, care planning, and evaluations in collaboration with families.
* Support and develop your team to ensure evidence-based practice.
* Manage medication administration and adhere to guidelines.
* Participate in research and audit processes to improve care standards.
* Deputise for the House Manager when required.
