* Take on middle leadership responsibilities, contributing to curriculum development or leading a key subject area
* Support and mentor colleagues to share best practice and raise standards across Key Stage 1
* Use effective assessment to monitor and enhance pupil progress and attainment
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils thrive
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure consistent support for learning and wellbeing
* Play an active role in the wider life of the school, including staff meetings, events, and professional development

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
