Procurement Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
MON - FRI (Office Based) - 4 days office, 1 day work from home
This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading aviation client in Hounslow, one of the most complex and dynamic operational environments in the UK.
The Procurement Manager will play a key role in overseeing both facilities management operations and the procurement function across multiple stations. The client is looking for someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident managing the full end-to-end procurement cycle.
Key elements of the role include:
* Tendering & RFPs: Leading competitive tender processes, preparing and evaluating RFPs, and negotiating contracts to ensure value-for-money.
* Supplier Analysis: Reviewing and analysing supplier performance, benchmarking against market standards, and ensuring services are delivered cost-effectively.
* Asset Management: Developing and maintaining accurate asset registers, ensuring all facilities-related equipment and assets are recorded, tracked, and managed effectively.
* Cost Management Across Sites: Analysing costs across multiple stations, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring consistency of supplier agreements and service levels.
* Facilities Oversight: Supporting the facilities function by ensuring service delivery is aligned with business needs, regulatory standards, and operational excellence.
