There's no micromanagement-just an expectation that work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Most projects are relatively local to the practice, with occasional travel further afield and very infrequent overnight stays. Hybrid working is standard, with most of the team spending two to three days in the office. While this is not a survey-focused role, you'll be expected to assist with survey work where needed.
