Job Description
A major international consultancy group is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support one of its high-profile UK divisions. With significant scale, a global footprint, and continued strategic growth, this is an exciting opportunity to have real influence and partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, people-driven organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Own divisional forecasting, ensuring accurate revenue & profit projections
* Review financial performance with key stakeholders & drive improvement actions
* Support senior leaders on commercial strategy & key business decisions
* Provide financial input on strategic bids & global submissions
* Lead month-end reviews including WIP and margin analysis
* Produce high-quality board reporting & present insights quarterly
* Support divisional budgeting end-to-end
* Contribute to wider finance projects, including potential M&A activity
* Identify opportunities for process efficiency & automation
What you'll bring
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Proven business partnering experience
* 2+ years post-qualified experience
* Strong commercial acumen & ability to challenge senior stakeholders
