Job: Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Field-based position covering Nottingham and surrounding areas, focusing on NG, DE, LE postcodes.
Salary: £43,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Our client, a leading provider of FM maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. Specialising in servicing high street retailers and banking clients.

Role Overview: As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across various industries. With a focus on HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, and cooling installations, you'll ensure optimal functionality for our clients.
Responsibilities:
8. Conduct service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC installations, including ventilation systems, natural gas installations, and heating/cooling systems.
9. Understand and work with building control systems and BMS.
10. Provide exceptional client service, addressing queries, reporting defects, and maintaining clear communication during service visits.
11. Accurately complete all relevant work-related documentation, including inspection reports and remedial work logs.
Requirements:
12. Experience in maintenance/facilities management preferred.
13. Relevant qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, CPN1, Appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering.
14. FGAS and ODS certifications desirable.
15. HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable.
