Ecommerce Manager - Bournemouth - Up to 55k + Bonus-Hybrid
We are seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager with at least 3 years' experience managing multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with full ownership of D2C performance across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and execute ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, CVR, and AOV growth
* Lead customer journey optimisation and structured CRO testing
* Own CRM & lifecycle marketing strategy - strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is essential
* Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
* Oversee email marketing, retention, and remarketing performance
* Deliver best-in-class technical and on-page SEO
Experience:
* Experience managing ecommerce across Benelux, Germany, and the Nordics Highly desirable but not essential
* Strong understanding of localisation, VAT, cross-border shipping, currency, and payments
* Ability to optimise regional storefront performance
* Occasional international travel required
