Job Summary
As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you will support residents in enjoying each day by providing quality care, daily living assistance, companionship, and memorable moments. Your role will involve a variety of tasks designed to meet individual residents’ needs and follow personal care plans.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
* Provide companionship and share meaningful moments with residents.
* Support residents with food and drink and follow care plans.
* Ensure one‑to‑one time with each resident as required.
* Offer flexible support as a bank staff member covering leave, sickness, or other absences.
Qualifications
* Experience caring for older people.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
* Empathy, warmth and a can‑do approach.
* Commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
