Product Manager – Security / Video Surveillance Industry

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Product Manager with experience in the Security/Video Surveillance industry to join our Product & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a defined product portfolio, shape product strategy, and play a pivotal role in bringing innovative solutions to market.
You will act as the central link between Sales, Marketing, Headquarters, and regional teams, ensuring our product portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with evolving industry and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
* Own and manage designated product ranges within the company portfolio.
* Drive product planning and development in collaboration with Headquarters and regional teams.
* Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable market positioning.
* Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging technology trends.
* Evaluate and test new and existing products, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Product Lifecycle & Launch Management
* Lead product launches, including timelines, internal communications, training, and sales enablement.
* Manage the full product lifecycle, including End-of-Life strategy and inventory optimisation.
* Monitor product performance and aged stock, taking proactive steps to maximise availability and profitability.
Sales & Marketing Support
* Provide timely product and technical support to the Sales team.
* Develop and maintain high-quality sales tools, including collateral, presentations, and demonstration materials.
* Support pre-launch activities to generate demand and maximise market impact.
* Contribute to forecasting and reporting with accurate product insights and analysis.
* Partner closely with Marketing on launches and strategic sales initiatives.
Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Support compliance documentation and certification processes with HQ and third-party bodies.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding product availability, pricing, and positioning.
* Collaborate with European regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
* Contribute to broader team initiatives as required.

Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in Product Management within a B2B environment in Security or Video Surveillance industry.
* Technical background (e.g., engineering or field installation), ideally within Video Surveillance, Physical Security, or related hardware/software solutions.
* Strong understanding of pricing models and commercial strategy.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
* Experience supporting Sales or working in a customer-facing/consultative environment is beneficial.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Technology-savvy, innovative, and solutions-oriented.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Engineering or technical degree (desirable).
* Fluent English essential; Korean or additional European languages advantageous.
