Requirements A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare. Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for supporting children's development and learning. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
