Head of Finance Fareham
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Venture Recruitment Partners are collaborating with a market leading SME targeting substantial growth within the next 3-5 years, to recruit a Head of Finance who will form part of the senior leadership team during an exciting period for the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee Group accounts and investments, leading, developing and motivating a small finance team, shaping the function as appropriate.
* Continuously seek to identify opportunities to automate and develop processes, in addition to developing the utilisation of the accounting software.
* Own and develop consolidated budgeting and reporting of the Group s financial performance, reporting to internal and external stakeholders as required.
* Manage and maximise cash flow, ensuring sufficient working capital is available to support the growth of the Group;
* Business Partner with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure commercial insight is maximised and contractual risks are reduced.
About you:
* Full qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA is essential.
* A minimum of 3-5 years operating within a finance leadership role.
* Experienced working in a hands-on, collaborative, SME environment.
* A proven track record of process / system development and automation.
