1. Basic Salary: up to £30,000 + Bonus
2. OTE: £36,000
3. Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS!
Our client is launching a brand-new site in Kettering and is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to become a key part of this exciting new chapter.

You’ll be part of a fresh, motivated team at a new site while enjoying a strong support system from their established Northampton operation.
Responsibilities include:
4. Delivering excellent customer communication at all times
5. Booking customers in for servicing and MOTs
6. Accurately maintaining electronic records
7. Supporting smooth workflow between front-of-house and workshop
8. Promoting a culture of first-time fixes and top-tier service
9. Using internal systems and resources effectively to support your role
Successful candidates will have:
10. A friendly, professional manner with a passion for great customer service
11. Confident upselling skills and the ability to clearly explain technical details
12. Ambition to develop and progress into future management roles
13. Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade is preferred
