We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Assist in overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
* Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
* Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
* Assist in implementing promotional events and special menus to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Supervising experience with a proven track record in team management is highly desirable.
* Culinary experience or food production knowledge is an advantage, particularly in food preparation and cooking.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required.
* Experience in barista duties or hotel environments would be beneficial but not mandatory.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining high service standards.
