About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of children with SEND. Supported by a multidisciplinary team, you’ll design and deliver personalised, engaging lessons that reflect the unique needs of every learner. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ EHCPs Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment where every child feels valued Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and the SENDCo to provide targeted support Track and celebrate student progress, adapting strategies to ensure every learner thrives Partner with families to create a joined-up approach to education and well-being Encourage positive behaviour, social development, and emotional resilience in a nurturing environment What We’re Looking For UK QTS or equivalent qualification Experience working with SEND pupils (autism, ADHD, EBSA, or complex needs) A creative, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching Strong teamwork and adaptability Why Join Protocol Education?
