The Role
As a valued member of the classroom support team, you'll work alongside teachers and the school's SENCO to deliver personalised assistance to children with a range of learning needs. You'll play an essential role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Whether you're supporting one-to-one or within small groups, your work will make a lasting difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs.
* Modify resources and learning tasks to suit individual abilities.
* Encourage positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor progress and celebrate success.
About You
* Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or childcare environment in the SEN Classroom Support role.
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
* Reliable transport to and from Rowley Regis.
