Service Desk Team Leader IT Managed Services Leeds To £45,000 Excellent Benefits My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider experiencing rapid growth, they are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Team Leader, to join their ever expanding team. Responsible for the day to day management of a busy service desk our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, driven and personable individual who is as comfortable working on 1st/2nd line tickets and with escalations, as they are providing training, support and motivation to the team. Experience Required: A "customer first" mentality and a genuine passion for IT. Solid experience gained in managing a team of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Service Desk Engineers within an MSP environment. Extensive knowledge of Azure, m365 (inc Intune, Autopilot, Sharepoint, AD etc), Windows Server, Networking (LAN, V-LAN, WAN, DHCP, Switch/Router config etc) ideally with exposure to networking, virtualisation, backup, firewalls, cybersecurity etc. ITIL certification is an advantage. Exposure to ServiceNow, Connectwise, Freshdesk or similar.
