Your role at Signature
As a Client Liaison Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales and marketing process, supporting our Client Liaison Manager to ensure every enquiry, show-round, and move-in runs seamlessly. You’ll:
1. Support sales targets, follow up on leads, and maintain our sales database.
2. Manage the move-in process – from initial paperwork to a warm welcome on day one.
3. Prepare and update resident files and ensure accurate reporting.
4. Assist with sales events, open days, and community engagement activities.
5. Build strong relationships with local business contacts and referral sources.
6. Provide office cover, including some weekends and evenings.
7. Deputise for the Client Liaison Manager when required.
What Signature Offer
8. Full time - 40 hours per week
9. Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
