As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes. Lead the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction
Drive continuous school improvement across curriculum, behaviour, and outcomes
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, SEND, and regulatory requirements
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, staff, and external partners
Proven leadership experience within specialist or alternative education (SEMH, PRU, or similar)
A deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people with SEMH needs
Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
Resilient, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education
