Property Solicitor – Residential & Commercial Location: Kingston upon Thames Working Pattern: Full-Time, Office-Based The firm, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Kingston upon Thames with a strong reputation for quality and client service. Due to continued growth within our Property Department, we are looking to recruit a Property Solicitor (2 PQE) to join our friendly and collaborative team. The Role You will manage a varied caseload covering both residential and commercial property matters, including: Residential freehold and leasehold transactions Deeds of variation and shared ownership matters Landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals Buying and selling commercial premises Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for shops, offices and retail units You will run matters from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced and approachable property team.
