Role
Quantity Surveyor, Surrey — Consultancy QS — Contract
Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy that has recently secured new works that involve all stages of construction projects from initial inception through to final account. These projects are a mixture of high residential including cladding packages, as well as other commercial and mixed-use developments.
They require a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS) to join the team on a contract basis, up to 6 months in duration. You will be expected to travel around the Surrey and South London regions on projects, with travel reimbursed at client expense.
Responsibilities
* Deliver cost management services across all stages of construction projects from inception to final account.
* Prepare and manage procurement, contract administration, and cost reporting.
* Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to ensure commercial viability and project outcomes.
Qualifications
* Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS).
* Experience working on high residential projects with cladding packages and other commercial/mixed-use developments is desirable.
* Ability to travel within Surrey and South London for project delivery.
