As an Operations Integration Specialist at Thames Water, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our infrastructure, ensuring that every project is built not just to work, but to last. You won't just observe projects from the sidelines, but you'll be right at the core, championing operational needs from concept through to delivery. The role requires the ability to think at a strategic level, a good understanding of wider operational impacts regionally, as well as any demands or implications on operational roles. Fully embedded in Water Operational teams and supporting Capital Delivery, you'll be the essential link between planning and performance, strategy and practicality. This role will be based at one of the UK's largest Water Treatment Works during an exciting period of major enhancement and refurbishment. You will be based at a site within the Thames Valley Region on a hybrid basis. Hours – Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Representing Operations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solution sign-off and managing expectations of the delivery team.
* Planning and coordinating operational outages, aligning with wider schedules and owning outage requests.
* Analysing site conditions and performance data, identifying risks and local constraints.
* Leading stakeholder engagement, including meetings, workshops, access requests, and progress reviews.
* Supporting operational delivery through on-site presence, testing facilitation, and alignment between operational needs and investment plans.
Qualifications
* Full Driving License, as travel between Thames Water sites will be required.
* Experience delivering projects on time and within budget, coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings.
* Good understanding of engineering solutions and experience working in an engineering solutions environment.
* The ability to analyse, interpret and effectively communicate data and information to drive performance and solutioning.
* Good knowledge and experience in H&S systems, processes and procedures.
* Can manage multiple priorities under pressure, resilient, and adaptable to change.

* Salary up to £52,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, plus £4,500 car allowance.
