Location: Newnham-on-Severn / Stourbridge, with travel to communities in Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire.

The Head of Supported Living will oversee and develop supported living services for adults with learning disabilities within the charity. Responsibilities include ensuring services are person-centred, high-quality, compliant with standards, and empowering individuals to live independently. The role involves leading cultural change, supporting service growth, managing significant budgets, and contributing to strategic transformation as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Professional Housing Qualification Level 5 or above, with knowledge of housing management and legislation.
* Experience in leading housing management services within supported living.
* Knowledge of Care Quality Commission regulations related to supported living is advantageous.
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism in not-for-profit or voluntary sectors.
* Skills in coaching, mentoring, change management, policy development, and leading geographically dispersed teams.
* Significant budget management experience and ability to seek growth opportunities.
Location & Travel
The role covers communities in Stourbridge, Gloucestershire, and Hertfordshire. The candidate will be based at one community, with regular travel between sites, quarterly leadership days, and occasional overnight stays.
