The Role:

Beyond greeting guests and directing calls, you'll manage various office needs, including coordinating supplies, restocking food and beverages, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Your proactive approach will help keep our workplace running smoothly every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth
* Maintain tidy, well-presented meeting rooms and reception areas
* Manage office supplies, including food, beverages, and sundry items
* Handle mail and general office coordination
