Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a solid background in administrative tasks, human resources, and team management. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting our staff and enhancing communication within the team.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
* Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to enhance team performance.
* Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Facilitate effective communication across departments through meetings and updates.
* Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when interacting with clients and vendors.
* Organise office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff needs.
Experience
* Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
* Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
