Benefits As a Class 1 Driver you will receive the following benefits: Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work Weekly pay Training provided Immediate starts Employee well-being programme Rates of Pay: Monday to Friday: £17.00 per hour Saturday: £20.00 per hour Sunday: £22.00 per hour Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not limited to: Class 1 Trailer drop and swaps between depots Manual work involved due to Curtain side trailers & removing & placing safety bars Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Essential Skills As a Class 1 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving CE vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Desirable Experience Experience driving any commercial vehicles Training Driving Assessment must be passed Training provided Apply Today – Do Not Miss Out!
