Key Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, you will:
* Lead the store from the front, delivering outstanding customer service and sales
* Coach and develop your team to build confidence and expertise
* Take full ownership of store performance, operations, and visual standards
* Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Represent the store within the local cycling community and online
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
* Passion for cycling (Cytec qualifications desirable but not essential)
* Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and team xxuwjjq management
* Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving results and inspiring a team
* Highly organised with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
