We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
o Essential skills include planning, interpersonal skills, soft skills, and group skills.
o Problem-solving and decision-making using tools like Mandelow’s matrix.
o Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
2. Change Management:
o Designing and implementing change strategies in large organizations.
o Making data-driven and inclusive decisions, utilizing models like Kotter’s and Prosci ADKAR.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Using Mandelow’s matrix to identify and prioritize stakeholders.
o Proven negotiation skills for win-win outcomes.
o Ability to work independently and in teams.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Proactive problem-solving and initiative.
