In this role, you will utilise your approachable nature and strong communication skills to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and contribute to our clients' success.

You will be responsible for actively engaging new clients and ensuring a smooth sales process on behalf of our technology client. We want you to be collaborative with your team to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are hit to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.

The Role

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with businesses that have an annual turnover of £25m+.
2. Appointment Making: Follow up on previous appointments to maximise missed opportunities.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to promote our client's technology solutions.
4. Account Management: Act as a key contact for your acquired businesses for questions about the platform and encourage sales.
5. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
6. Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored business proposals.
7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless sales initiatives.
8. Feedback Integration: Gather client feedback for product and service improvement.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.
10. Product Knowledge: Keep updated on our client's technology products.
11. Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory effectively.
12. Objection Handling: Develop skills to address customer concerns.
13. Sales Drive and Ambition: Pursue new business opportunities and strive to exceed targets.
14. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support business development with stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential

* Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
* Ability to close sales immediately.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
* Analytical skills for market trends and sales data.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Adaptability to market and client needs.
* Experience in client presentations.
* Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
* Willingness to drive and obtain business insurance for your vehicle.

Desirable

* Experience with technology clients and products.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
* Strong networking skills.
* Customer-centric sales approach.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
