Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive office assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
* Assist with daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Good understanding of the Microsoft office suite, specifically excel and outlook.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
* Provide clerical support as needed, including typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
* Knowledge of social media, and the ability to manage business accounts.
Skills
* Office experience with a focus on administrative tasks.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Experience with ServiceM8 is advantageous but not essential.
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a busy office environment.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients.
