An exciting opportunity has arisen within the E-Roster team for a Band 5 E-Roster and eCommunity project support officer. The role of the department is to support the Trust in the implementation and delivery of E-Rostering, use of Safecare program and the implementation of eCommunity
Main duties of the job
As an E-Roster/eCommunity project support officer you will work within a growing team to support wards and departments to promote safe, transparent and cost effective staff planning through the effective rostering practice.

Qualifications
* GCSE 'C' grade or equivalent in English and Maths
* Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
* Evidence of further studies in health or business related field
Experience
* Clinical or administrative experience in an NHS setting
* Experience of managing elements of a project, using project plans, associated documentation, and information systems
* Experience of working within a large team or organisation
* Experience of initiating and implementing organisational procedures and processes
* Experience in appropriately handling confidential material
* Experience of working within a complex project environment
Knowledge
* Knowledge of office procedures
* Confidentiality and data protection
* Knowledge of delivering in-service training
* Knowledge of project methodology
* Knowledge of rostering system administration
