Job Summary

Orveda is seeking a sophisticated, strategic, and creative Head of Global Communication & Events to elevate the brand’s positioning as the premier green bio-tech skincare house.

This role will define and drive Orveda’s global communication strategy while orchestrating ultra-exclusive brand experiences that resonate with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and industry leaders, with a focus on the USA and Chinese markets.

The mission is to establish Orveda as the undisputed pioneer of longevity science and aesthetics‑procedure‑inspired skincare in key markets such as the USA, China, Germany, and Thailand.

Blending scientific authority with “Art de Vivre”, the role will enhance desirability, credibility, and intimacy with our most discerning clientele.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communication & Narrative Building (50%)
1. Global Brand Narrative

Develop and execute a global PR and communications strategy that positions Orveda’s green biotech innovations and skin‑barrier expertise as the future of luxury skincare.

Establish Orveda as the reference brand for skincare inspired by longevity science and aesthetic medicine.

2. Scientific Storytelling

Translate complex biotechnology (e.g., patented anti‑senescence actives, patented skin‑barrier blends, Regenesome™️ scar technology) into compelling narratives that resonate with knowledgeable luxury consumers.

Strengthen Orveda’s credibility within medical aesthetics, longevity science, and advanced skincare innovation.

3. Media & Influencer Relations

Cultivate long‑term relationships with top‑tier international beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and business media.

Secure premium earned media coverage across key markets (US, China, Europe).

Develop relationships with high‑profile Friends of the House, KOLs, and brand ambassadors aligned with Orveda’s luxury positioning.

4. HNWI Communication Strategy

Design tailored communication initiatives targeting ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, emphasising exclusivity, scientific performance, and personalised experiences.

Collaborate with luxury partners (private banking, high‑end travel, luxury hospitality) to access new HNWI audiences.

5. Digital Prestige Content

Oversee the creation of high‑resolution, cinematic digital content across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistency with Orveda’s luxury codes.

Maintain an elevated and curated digital presence.

6. Awards & Industry Recognition

Continue and accelerate Orveda’s trajectory as one of the most awarded skincare brands relative to its size.

Identify and pursue strategic international awards to reinforce industry leadership.

7. Reputation & Crisis Management

Proactively monitor brand perception and manage crisis communication when necessary to safeguard Orveda’s reputation.

2. Experiential Events & Strategic Partnerships (50%)
1. Ultra‑Exclusive Brand Experiences

Conceptualise and execute high‑touch, invitation‑only experiences, including:

+ La Maison Orveda activations
+ Private salons and masterclasses
+ Bespoke dinners
+ Exclusive destination events

Design “money‑can‑t‑buy” experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs) to foster loyalty and long‑term engagement.

2. Strategic Event Presence

Lead Orveda’s presence at high‑profile cultural and professional events, including:

+ Medical aesthetics congresses
+ Fashion Weeks
+ Private luxury gatherings
+ Wellness and longevity summits
3. Clienteling & CRM Experiences

Design bespoke events for top‑tier clientele to deepen brand immersion and strengthen long‑term relationships.

4. Agency & Partner Management

Manage and coordinate PR and event agencies, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency across markets.
