Key Responsibilities
* Lead and architect enterprise Windows-based backend infrastructure services
* Analyze existing technologies and recommend improvements for performance, stability, and cost efficiency
* Provide third-level (Tier 3) technical support for critical infrastructure systems
* Design, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft services, including Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and Azure services
* Lead modernization, upgrade, and infrastructure improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
* Serve as technical lead on projects, working closely with project managers and leadership
* Create and maintain certificates for core systems, third-party integrations, and authentication services
* Support and manage VDI environments, MFA, storage, backup, monitoring tools, and PowerShell automation
* Direct and manage workloads of team members, including on-call support functions
* Document infrastructure designs, processes, requirements, and technical specifications
* Identify project risks, constraints, and scope changes, ensuring timely and successful delivery
* Foster collaboration, accountability, and clear communication across technical teams

* 7+ years of experience leading technical project teams
* 7+ years supporting certificate services and authentication frameworks
* 7+ years implementing IT best practices in enterprise environments
* 7+ years documenting complex infrastructure using MS Visio
* 7+ years configuring and supporting LDAP
* 5+ years working with multi-factor authentication services
* 5+ years with Omnissa Horizon and VMware vSphere
* 3+ years administering Microsoft Azure subscriptions and services
* 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, collaboration tools)
