A private sector organisation is recruiting for a junior administrator based in Belfast.
Your new role
As the Junior Administrator / Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact between customers and the workshop team. Your role will be varied, fast‑paced, and customer‑focused. Day‑to‑day, you will:
1. Provide a positive and professional first impression to all customers.
2. Handle iing enquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling.
3. Prepare and process necessary paperwork, maintaining accurate customer and service records.
4. Support the coordination of workshop workload and job allocation.
5. Process invoices, customer payments, and ensure all documentation isplete andpliant.
6. Provide advice on available products and services and manage the ordering/organising of parts as required.
7. Liaise closely with workshop staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
8. Upholdpany and franchise standards at all times.
This role requires the ability to multitask, stay organised, and work to deadlines withoutpromising service quality.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you should have:
9. A full and valid UK driving licence.
10. Excellentmunication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
11. Strong IT proficiency, including experience using Word and Excel.
12. Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
13. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
15. Previous experience in customer service, retail, administration, or the motor trade (advantageous but not essential).
16. Confidence in managing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
17. A genuine passion for customer service with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
18. Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
19. Experience with dealer management systems (preferred).
